R.Thiyagarajan vs 4 Ramaniammal

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition for the reason that the petitioners are going to file a suit seeking for cancellation of the sale deed dated 13.10.2008 executed by one Natarajan in favour of the 4th respondent. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the sale deed dated 13.10.2008 in accordance with law, before the competent Court. No costs.
