1. Heard Sri V.K. Singh, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri H.P. Sahi, Advocate, for petitioner and Sri Prashant Rai, Advocate, for respondents.
2. Petitioner is seeking a mandamus commanding State Bank of India, respondent-3 to authorize petitioner as signatory authority to operate State Bank of India Account No. 700010100012626 which relates to Marry Lucas College, Allahabad.
3. In our view, apparently the dispute is within domain of private transaction and if petitioner is aggrieved by any action or inaction of Bank, remedy lies before Bank Ombudsman.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy as well as being not maintainable.
