Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 20 February 2019 passed in Writ-A No. 8607 of 2008, (Rt.Rev.A.R.Stephen and Another vs. Dsitrict Judge,Gorakhpur and Others).
In view thereof, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment and order dated 20 February 2019 passed in Writ-A No. 8607 of 2008 (Rt.Rev.A.R.Stephen and Another vs. Dsitrict Judge,Gorakhpur and Others).
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to cost.
