This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.P.No.11663 of 2014 dated 26.02.2016.

2. Since the respondent Management has filed an appeal against the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.547/2016, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate the matter as and when cause of action would arise.
