JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the recovery proceedings initiated against the property for satisfaction of a loan availed of from the respondent Bank. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that on 14.08.2012, there was an interim order to pay Rs.50,000/- before the time stipulated for sale, which order has not yet been complied with. 2. In the circumstances detailed above, if the sale has not already taken place, it is directed that if the petitioner pays Rs.50,000/- within one month from today, the respondent Bank shall issue a statement of accounts to the petitioner showing the amounts due as on 30.11.2014 and shall also grant six monthly instalments to settle the balance dues. If any WP(C).19289/12 2 default is committed in making the instalments as directed above, the respondent Bank will be free to proceed with the recovery proceedings.
