JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to hand over the original sale deed bearing Document No.901 of 2002 along with other documents which were given as security for the loan received from the 4th Respondent on the basis of the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.08.2017.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner availed housing loan on 22.10.2007, from the fourth respondent by producing original deeds of the property as security.
