JUDGMENT / ORDER

Suit for specific performance.
2. The defendant already set ex-parte.
3. In support of the plaintiff case, PW-1 has been examined and Exhibits P1 to P3 marked. The evidence of PW-1 and documents marked in support of the plaintiff's case, viz., P1 to P3 remain unchallenged.
4. It is found that the plaintiff has established that he is entitled for the reliefs sought for in the plaint.
5. The suit is decreed as prayed for. No costs.
6. The plaintiff is granted the relief specific performance in respect of sale agreement dated 01.08.2012, as prayed for.
7. Time for paying balance sale consideration of Rs.5,00,000/- and the sum of Rs.27,50,000/- is one month. Thereafter the defendant is granted two months time for executing the sale deed.
