JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioner is regarding an FL-1 shop conducted by the 2nd respondent, which is alleged to be located within the prohibited distance of a temple by name Mariamman Kovil. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the temple was not there when licence to conduct the FL-1 shop was granted to the 2nd respondent and that the temple was constructed only subsequently. Adv.Sri.C.S.Ajith Prakash appears for the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard. I notice that the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P1 complaint to the 1st respondent. Therefore, it is sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing the complaint to be considered, without delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P1 complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is permitted to send another copy of Ext.P1 to the 1st respondent directly by registered post, along with a copy of this judgment, for compliance.
