JUDGMENT / ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that his request for removing the poles and beams erected in front of his house has not been considered by the respondents. Hence the present writ petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner shows an alternative place acceptable to the respondents and subject to the requisite payment to be made by her, the request would be considered.
4.Considering the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to show the alternative place to the respondents, who, if satisfied with the same, shall consider the removal of the poles and beams subject to the requisite payment to be made by the petitioner. Needful to be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
