JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that since the trial Court has proceeded to frame charges in C.C.No.458 of 2013, he N.SATHISH KUMAR,J.
ggs/msm sought permission of this Court to withdraw the case. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
