JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that against the order passed by this Court on 16.07.2013 in W.P.No.20480 of 2012, the respondent preferred a petition in Writ Appeal No.552 of 2016 and the Division Bench of this Court admitted the Appeal and the same is pending for adjudication.
