JUDGMENT / ORDER

jv C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to call for the records in C.C.Nos.20/2010 and 21/2010 respectively on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.01.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner in both the petitions and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.02.2017 under the caption For Dismissal.
3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner in both the petitions. Hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 06.02.2017 jv Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No To
