JUDGMENT / ORDER

Since it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that there is an appeal against the impugned order, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority in respect of her grievance. No costs.
