JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation dated 20.08.2015, seeking change of electricity service connection bearing Nos.1270, 1271 and 2159 from the fifth respondent in his favour. Seeking consideration of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking note of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
