JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to withdraw F.C.I.D.O.P.No.17 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to any other Family Court at Chennai.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing this transfer petition, the respondent has withdrawn V.M.VELUMANI,J ds F.C.I.D.O.P. No.172 of 2017 filed before the trial Court. Under the said circumstances, the said F.C.I.D.O.P. has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
