JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 624 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., 1.Sambritto -TIK1007574 (Election Id Card), 2.A.Rabinson- 5826 2037 8013, 3.Ranjith Kumar- 476515771082, 4. Hariprasad -8105 2864 8105, 5. Selvakumar- 5798 62133019 and 6.Stanley  3571 7560 9717 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. The petitioners/ second respondent has filed a joint compromise memo dated 07.09.2017 wherein it is stated that the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the with each others.
5. In view of the above submissions made the by the second respondent /petitioners , the proceedings in Crime No. 624 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
