This is a review petition filed seeking to have the judgment in R.S.A. 480 of 2014 dated 7.7.2014 reviewed.
2. In the review petition, it is pointed out that even though a settlement was arrived at between the parties prior to the judgment, they were not able to represent the same before this Court. It was only after the disposal of the second appeal that they informed the counsel before this Court that matter had been settled and the parties have no issues to be resolved between them. This is the reason for filing the review petition.
3. The matter was referred for mediation and the mediation report has been received. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a compromise had been arrived at and nothing more remains to be done in the R.P.798/2014. 2 matter. It is therefore prayed that the Mediation Report may be accepted and the matter may be closed.
In the result, the judgment and decree in R.S.A. 480 of 2014 are set aside and the agreement entered into between the parties before the Mediation Centre is accepted.
