Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr.R.Ramesh Mohan, Sub Inspector of Police, Karungal Police Station is present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that the order dated 12.01.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.331/2017 has been complied with and on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 14.03.2017 and the closure report has also been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel on 24.03.2017. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
