JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.1424/2014 of Pandalam Police Station, Pathanamthitta registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The incident had occurred at 6 p.m. on 05.10.2014, when the employees of two stage carriages were engaged in settling scores on the road. It is alleged that the petitioners have attacked the employees of another stage carriage by using weapons including iron rod. Unnecessarily, a passenger of one of the buses was also attacked and he sustained grievous hurt.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the CD.
5. The contents of the CD, prima faice, reveal the complicity of the petitioners. Investigation of this case is not over. Identity of the accused are yet to be established. Considering the present stage of investigation and the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioners, I am of the view that this is not a fit case wherein anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioners.
In the result, this Bail Application is dismissed.
