JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Mrs.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2 The facts leading to the present case have been narrated in detail in the order dated 14.12.2010 made in WP.No.44041/2006 [Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal OA.No.699/2000] and therefore, it is not necessary to re-state the facts once again.
3 The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though she had completed the training at the Civil Services Institute, Bhavani Sagar, between 26.04.2013 and 24.06.2013 [187th Batch] and she was also issued with a Certificate, certifying that she had completed the training, her declaration of Probation has not been issued, despite the fact that the 2nd respondent herein had also sent a proposal/communication to the 1st respondent in Letter No.80/A1/2014 dated 27.01.2014 and therefore, she came forward to file the present writ petition.
4 The Court heard the submissions of Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5 This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 1st respondent to act on the communication of the 2nd respondent in Letter No.80/A1/2014 dated 27.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
6 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
