JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to invoke Appeal remedy as well as Revision remedy under Rules 9 and 10 of Tamil Nadu Village Servants Service Rules, 1980. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Writ Petition today.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave granted, and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
22.02.2017 sd Note to Office : Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner after due and proper acknowledgment.
