JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent ie. the Treasury Officer, District Treasury, Sivagangai, to furnish credit particulars for the missing credit of Rs.60,000/- as sought for by the Principal Accountant General, Chennai in his letter dated 11.09.2013 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner submits that he is the beneficiary of the said amount and copy of the communication dated 11.09.2013 has been marked to him.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that within four weeks time, the 2nd respondent would furnish credit particulars for the missing credit of Rs.60,000/- as sought for by the Principal Accountant General, Chennai in his letter dated 11.09.2013.
4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the the 2nd respondent to furnish credit particulars for the missing credit of Rs.60,000/- as sought for by the Principal Accountant General, Chennai in his letter dated 11.09.2013, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and copy of the particulars shall also be marked to the petitioner. No costs.
