JUDGMENT / ORDER

PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2012 in so far as to removal of entry in the Encumbrance Certificate of a Registered Sale Agreement dated 02- 04-2012 by Document number 2241 of 2012 in the office of the Respondent.

Advocate For Proposed Respondent: Mr.P.Thambi Durai :Order This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2012 with regard to removal of entry in the Encumbrance Certificate of a Registered Sale Agreement dated 02-04-2012 by Doc.No.2241 of 2012 on the file of the respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the said submissions, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
