1. Petitioner had filed the above writ petition challenging the recovery proceedings. There was an interim order granting repayment in instalments of Rs.18,000/- per month payable on or before the last working day of every month commencing from June, 2008.

2. If loan has not been satisfied as of now, then there would be no question of any extension of such instalments. The Bank is at liberty to proceed with the recovery.

Writ petition is closed.
