1. Petitioners have approached this Court complaining about the action on the part of respondents 7 to 9 in carrying on quarrying operations without necessary licence/permission from the statutory authorities.
2. Counter affidavit is filed by respondents 7 to 9 inter alia stating that they have no intention to carry on any quarrying operation on the property in question without getting licence/permission from the statutory authorities.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of making it clear that the respondents shall not do any quarrying operation without getting any licence/permission from the statutory authorities.
