JUDGMENT / ORDER

After arguing the writ petition for a considerable length of time, the learned counsel prefers to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petitioner accordingly is permitted to withdraw the same and he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and also made an endorsement to that effect. No costs. Consequently, connected the miscellaneous petitions are closed.
