JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2017 and to direct the second respondent to provide security for the survey by way of issuance of writ of mandamus.
2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner gave a representation to the first respondent to survey the temple land, but the first respondent has not considered the representation and in order to survey the land the police protection is also required.
