The main grievance of appellant seems to be that in other cases interim orders directing numbering of building subject to result of writ petition was granted, therefore, learned Single Judge ought to have granted such interim reliefs, instead of impugned interim order.
2. The interim order impugned before us is a direction to inspect the property in question and report whether there is violation of provisions of Coastal Zone Regulation in respect of the construction effected by the appellant herein.
3. According to appellant, there is no such violation. Even if the appellant intends to rely upon interim orders in other similar writ petitions, it is open to her to seek review of the interim order, placing reliance on such interim orders before W.A. No.833 of 2014 2 learned Single Judge.
In the above circumstances, this writ appeal is dismissed, reserving liberty to appellant to seek review of the order as directed above.
MANJULA CHELLUR, CHIEF JUSTICE
P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON,
JUDGE.
