This petition is filed by the complainant in Crime No.600/2014 alleging offences under sections 294(b), 323 and 354 of IPC. This petition has been filed contending that investigation is not properly conducted because the accused is the Sub Inspector of Police, Janamythri Police Station.
2. The allegation is made against the Sub Inspector of Police, Janamythri Police Station, who is arrayed as the 4th respondent. Statement has been filed on behalf of the respondents. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that Circle Inspector of Police, North Police Station, can be entrusted with the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to the same.
