This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.580/2016 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Today, Mr.A.Sankaranarayanan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, is present before this Court.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.580/2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, on 13.12.2016 against the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Sankarankovil Town Police Station Crime No.580/2016 in accordance with law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
