JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Rao, learned advocate for petitioner has submitted that the petition wherein issue similar to the issue involved in present petition is pending in Hon'ble Apex Court and the hearing of the said petition is adjourned to November 2012.
In that view of the matter, he requested that the hearing of present petition may be adjourned to any date after 25th November 2012.
