Rao, learned advocate for the petitioner, has requested that the matter may be adjourned because an issue similar to the issue involved in present petition is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court for consideration. He also submitted that Mr. P.S.Champaneri, learned Assistant Solicitor General, has asked him to request that the hearing of present petition may be adjourned atleast for 4 weeks.
