JUDGMENT / ORDER

P.K.Jani, learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State Government submits that orders passed on 30.4.2012 and 1.5.2012 passed by this Court are complied with and final report of the laboratory recognized by the Government is awaited but at this stage no further direction is necessary. Undertaking dated 2.5.2012 filed by the applicant is ordered to be taken on record.
Considering the above, this petition is disposed of.
