Heard learned advocate Mr. Raval. It is submitted by learned advocate Mr. Raval that the trial court has committed error in not deducting amount of Rs.50,000/- while passing the decree.

Notice and notice as to interim relief returnable on 04/09/2012.

Ad-interim relief is granted in terms of para-3(B) on condition that present appellants shall deposit Rs.4,50,000/-

FA/1793/2012 2/2 ORDER (rupees four lakhs fifty thousand only) with the trial court on or before 30/08/2012 and the same shall be invested in the name of Nazir of the trial court in a fixed deposit initially for a period of three years.
