Ext.P2 application for building permit filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent. In the writ petition the petitioner limits his prayer for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application.
2. I have heard the learned Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
