JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners as also the respondents 5 and 6, in fact, raised the very same grievances before this Court that they being rival operators, in the very same route, are obliged to follow the timings settled on them. There can be no dispute on that count. The writ petition is closed since it is for the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure that timings as settled be followed by all the operators. Sd/-
