The petitioner, the owner of an individual apartment in a multistoried apartment complex has submitted Exhibit P4 application for the change of ownership of the apartment to his name. The application was submitted on 14.10.2014. The petitioner complains that no orders have been passed thereon, till date. The petitioner also complains that in the case of other similarly placed apartment owners change of ownership has been granted as evidenced by Exhibits P6 to P8. 2. Advocate S. Chandrasenan appears for the second respondent. The counsel assures that Exhibit P4 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon, without delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Exhibit P4 application for W.P.(C) No.33134 of 2014-N -:2:-
change of ownership with notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
