JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that some unknown persons are following the petitioner and pelting stones at his house and therefore, the petitioner gave a representation dated 12.12.2016. Seeking police protection, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
2.Today, Mr.R.Elangovan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Vadakadu Police Station, is present before this Court.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case in Crime No.213/2016 has been registered on 03.11.2016 under Sections 294(b),323,506(i) IPC against one Ramesh and investigation is pending.
4.Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police in connection with the representation dated 12.12.2016 for enquiry and for appropriate action.
