The record shows that respondent no. 1 is not served. Mr. Pandya, learned Advocate appears and tenders photocopy of the communication dated 13.03.2012 whereby the petitioner-institution has informed the respondent workman about the order passed by this Court dated 13.3.2012. Mr. Pandya further states on instructions that the respondent workman has resumed the duty. Mr. Pandya therefore submits that the condition of reinstating the respondent workman is fulfilled by the petitioner. S.O. to 23.4.2012 to enable Mr. Pandya to place on record the fact that the respondent has resumed the duty.
