JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner and the 2nd respondent are stage carriage operators conducting services on routes having overlapping sectors. The 2nd respondent has filed an application before the 1st respondent seeking a revision of his time schedule. As per Ext.P2 judgment, this Court had directed the said application to be considered. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 objections to the time schedule proposed by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner apprehends that, Ext.P4 would not be considered while revising the time schedule of the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader assures that the objections of the petitioner would also be considered.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 objections submitted by the petitioner also while considering the application for revision of timings, submitted by the 2nd respondent.
