Roshankhan vs Dhanaram

These appeals are filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the judgment and order passed by the MAC Tribunal, Kachchh at Gandhidham. An endeavour has been made by Mr Modi, learned counsel for the appellants to assail the judgment of the Tribunal saying that though there is no evidence on record, the Tribunal has attributed 50% negligence on the appellants. Prima facie, the reasoning adopted by the Tribunal is just and proper. Learned counsel for the appellants to file affidavit of the advocate who has appeared before the Tribunal.
