1. The matter is placed before this Court pursuant to Order passed by the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice on 05.07.2012.
2. The present application is filed praying that, "3(A) That this C.A. be placed before the appropriate Court for clarification of oral order passed on 20.10.2010 (Annexure-'K') clarifying the word 'pension' also includes 'pensionary benefits' as requested in concluding part of para 2 above.
3. Nobody appears for the respondents, though in the cause list, it is mentioned that learned Government Pleader appears for respondent no.1 and learned Advocate Mr. Y. N. Ravani appears for respondent no.2
4. Learned AGP to take instructions. Learned Advocate Mr. Ravani is not present.
5. Rule returnable on 27.07.2012.
6. It is directed that reply is to be filed on or before 25.07.2012 so that an effective hearing can take place on 27.07.2012.
7. Direct Service is permitted
8. It will be open for the learned Advocate for the applicant to effect Direct Service by Regd. Post AD in addition to regular mode of service at the cost of applicant.
