Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the back of the forged resolution, the decision has been taken to appoint the respondent No.6 as the fair price shop dealer. In this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent authorities.
Sri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel contends that this is a disputed question of fact which needs investigation by the competent authority in the first instance.
In view of the submissions at the bar the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the submission of a certified copy of this order, along with a fresh copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
