1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners who have married out of their own sweet will and against their parents' wishes.
2. It has been submitted that both petitioner no.1 & 2 are major and they have married out of their own sweet will and against their parents wishes. The petitioners are directed to get their marriage registered under the U.P. Registration of Marriage Rules, 2017 and then petitioners may approach the S.H.O., P.S. Rath, District Hamirpur who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioner in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition disposed of.
