1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in married life of the petitioners.
2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners got married. The marriage, however, has not been accepted by respondent nos. 6 to 8. Under the circumstances respondent nos. 6 to 8 are harassing the petitioners through police agency.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has given an undertaking on behalf of the Investigating Agency that unless criminal proceedings are initiated in context of marriage of the petitioners, the petitioners would not be approached by the police.
4. Considering the statement given by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners states that let this petition be disposed of.
5. Disposed of.
