Roshanben vs State

On instructions, it is submitted by learned APP, Ms.Krina Calla, for the respondent No.1-State, that applicant-Roshanben Yasimbeg Mirza, has expired on 27-1-2012. She has produced copy of letter dated 27-1-2012 written by the Jail Superintendent, Surat Central Jail, which is ordered to be taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing is required to be done by this Court in this matter and this application is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
