Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent No.2-University Grants Commission submits that the cause of action has arisen in the State of Himachal Pradesh. This Court has not the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition.
Ms.Afshan Shafaut, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid proposition of law.
Ms. Afshan Shafaut, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent Court.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
