The present criminal revision has been moved against impugned judgment and order dated 3.12.2009 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIIIth, Agra in Criminal Case No. 401 of 2009 under Sections 147, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Achhnera, District- Agra. Further proceedings of the aforesaid case are also prayed to be stayed.
No ambiguity is found in the order of the trial Court. Moreover, no one is present on behalf of the revisionists to address the Court and the matter pertains to the years 2010, it seems like the applicants are least interested in final disposal of the revision and no purpose would be served keeping the revision pending.
