Let notice be issued to opposite party no. 1 returnable within eight weeks. Steps for service be taken within two weeks.
Since the claim is set up to the effect that Mahendra Singh- opposite party no. 2 is missing for the last seven years, therefore, his civil death may be presumed, let notice be published in two newspapers having wide circulation in district Bijnor for making effective service upon opposite party no. 1. Steps for service be taken within two weeks' and after publication an affidavit of service be filed by the next date fixed annexing therewith the original copy of the newspapers in which notice has been published.
