THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 22.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexures- B and C to handover the case of murder registered with the respondent Crime Investigation Department (CID) to unearth the larger conspiracy of petitioner’s Husband.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
